ENTR Workshop 25

The Early Number Theory Researchers Workshop 2025, following the tradition of previous editions, serves as a space for community building among young researchers in number theory. The goal of this workshop is to cultivate meaningful connections that have the potential to develop into valuable research collaborations.

This year's Workshop will take place at the University of Paderborn from the 27th to the 29th of August. The three selected topics for the latest edition of this event are: automorphic forms, geometrisation of the local Langlands programme and rational points on algebraic varieties. Participants are encouraged to give a short talk on their research if there is any link with the aforementioned areas of research.

REGISTRATION IS OPEN

Two rounds of funding applications are available for those requesting support for accommodation and/or travel expenses. The first round is open, while the second will take place later in the year. However, participants are encouraged to seek alternative funding sources where possible, as we can only support a limited number of applicants. If a participant requires funding, we kindly ask them to submit the name and contact details of one referee. We will then reach out to the referee by email (with the participant in CC) to verify the application. Please note that funding requests cannot be processed without this information.

Childcare options will be provided by the University of Paderborn for all participating young parents. We kindly ask that you indicate your childcare needs in the "Comments" section of the application form.
