The OPSFA Summer School in Nijmegen took place from August 8-12, 2022.

It was organized by Erik Koelink (Nijmegen) and Walter van Assche (KU Leuven). The courses were aiming at advanced master students and PhD students working in the field of modern special function theory.

Lectures:

  • Numerical analysis: quadratures and Krylov spaces, Daan Huybrechs (KU Leuven)
  • Matrix valued orthogonal polynomials, Pablo Román (Universidad Nacional de Córdoba)
  • Hypergeometric functions of several variables and harmonic analysis, Margit Rösler (Universität Paderborn)
  • Orthogonal polynomials and quantum information/computing, Rafael Nepomechie (Université de Montréal)
  • Number theory and special functions: modular functions, Wadim Zudilin (Radboud Universiteit)
