In this study group aimed at advanced Master students, doctoral students, as well as postdocs, we first introduce the notions of Patterson Sullivan measures, starting with the classical case of hyperbolic surfaces and proceeding to the general higher rank case. Furthermore we want to recall the notion of Anosov representations in higher rank semisimple Lie groups. Finally we aim to study recent preprints where particular properties of Patterson Sullivan measure for Ansosov representations are studied.
