The MAVI Conference will take place in Bristol from September 23 to 25, 2026. The conference focuses on academic exchange on topics related to attitudes and orientations in the context of mathematics instruction and the professionalization of mathematics teachers. At the conference, Janine Herrmann will deliver a presentation titled “Above all, I want to prepare students for their final exams. Development of preservice teachers’ achievement goals for teaching the scalar product.” The study presented was conducted as part of the QuaMath project and supervised by Prof. Dr. Lena Wessel.
