Mozilla Thunderbird mail client configuration

To access a mail account in Thunderbird the following steps have to be performed:


    start Thunderbird
    open the preferences (top right, three horizontal lines)
    choose "Preferences/Account Settings
    now select "Account Actions/Add Mail Account..." (bottom left in the new window)
    enter your name, email address (<username>@math.uni-paderborn.de) and your password (mathematics)
    click "Next" and then "Done".

This completes the setup. In case of problems you should visit D2.301(office of the RBM).
