Install Tunnelblick

1. Download the latest stable version of the programme and install it
2. Confirm all dialogues during installation and enter your local access data if required

Configure VPN under Mac OS

1. Download the math.tblk file.
2. If the file has a different file extension to the one mentioned above, it must first be unpacked accordingly(math.tblk.zip).
3. Double-click on math.tblk to install the configuration in Tunnelblick
4. Install the configuration for this user only (then confirm with local access data )

Establish the VPN connection

You can simply start Tunnelblick from your programme folder. The first time you start Tunnelblick after configuration, you will be asked for your local access data for configuration purposes.

You can then select 'math' as the VPN in Tunnelblick. (Click on the icon in the status bar at the top of the screen)

Enter your RBM user name and your VPN password as user data.

Important: This is not the normal password (e.g. for webmail) but a separate one. If you do not yet have VPN access data or if you have forgotten your password, please contact the computer operations staff.
